Leak location Assistance Request

The RRID issued a high-water system pressure alert on May 19, 2026, due to the repair of many distribution system leaks in 2026.

In June of 2026, a sudden drop in water pressure has been observed across the water distribution system. The sudden drop in water pressure could mean that a substantial leak exists in the RRID distribution system.

RRID staff have responded to this pressure drop and have by-passed the pressure reducing valves.

The RRID is requesting help from the residents in locating the potential water leak.

What to look for:

• The sound of running water in your house, when no water is being used.
• Areas around your property that are unusually wet and lush for this time of year.
• A constant reduced water pressure at your residence.

Any and all assistance offered in locating this potential water leak will be greatly apricated.
