Bill Payment Options
Option One E-transfer:
Interac e-Transfer is the preferred method of Bill Payment.

E-transfer to [email protected] - Please quote your unique PID# found on your RRID invoice( 9 digit code) in the Message portion of the Etransfer. PID#'s can be located under 'Ship To' on your invoice above your address.
RRID Etransfer is an auto deposit so no need for security question and answer. But we need your Tax Roll number to know which account is being paid.
Option Two:
Visit us in person at our centrally located office (2619 Broadwater Road) with Cash, Cheque or Money Order during office hours.
If our office hours are not convenient for you, Cheques and Money Orders can be dropped through our secure mail slot.
Payment By Mail
When paying by cheque or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your remittance copy of the bill. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
