About Us

Robson-Raspberry Improvement District Mission Statement:

Our mission is to provide safe, reliable and sustainable water services to our community, while responsibly managing and protecting our water resources for future generations. We are committed to promoting water conservation, environmental stewardship, and equitable access to clean water for all.

The RRID is a community owned and operated service.

The Board of Trustees are elected at our Annual General Meetings each year in the early spring for a duration of three (3) years.

The A.G.M. meeting date is advertized in the local news paper, on the sign at the office and will be posted on this webpage.

Our community draws its water from beautiful Pass Creek. The treatment process is operated by an EOCP Certified Water Treatment Operator. Once the water is collected from Pass Creek,  it is then settled, prefiltered, membrane filtrated, ultra violet disinfected and chlorinated.  It is then pumped and stored in a steel bolted reservoir where it is gravity fed to our community. This water treatment process was completed and fully functional in January 2015.
